For example, one clients was traveling in remote regions in Europe and was unreachable by all means of modern-day communication.  Understanding their plan and sticking to it, Ford successfully negotiated and executed the sale of the property without additional input from the owner.  With clear collaboration and mutual understanding, the plan was executed in such an exact manner that upon his return and to his delight all had been settled pending his signature.
